My way

A project showcasing the places and the journey I have traversed in my life.
Each door is a reconstruction of doors from my past or an image representing the experience.

The First Door- Adoption A rickety, mysterious door that doesn't tell me much about my past.

The Second Door- Memory High school was a difficult and lonely period; over time, I repressed every single memory from those 12 years of school.

The Third Door- Inner Fracture A reconstruction of the front door of the home where I lived during my school years. The loneliness was heavy and I didn't know how to contain it, so as a kid I would break the house's front door.

The Fourth Door- The Army The army was very difficult in every possible way, until I was given the opportunity to leave and give of myself in a different way.

The Fifth Door - National Service A door of acceptance, a period when I felt for the first time that I was in a framework that wrapped around me and held me. A period that helped me see myself and grow.

The Sixth Door - Myself Over the years, I have grown into an increasingly open person who no longer hides and doesn't hold back words and opinions.

The Seventh Door -Mom This door showcases all the keys and tools my mom gave me throughout life. keys that helped me grow and open doors.
